Welcome to Schmenk Golf. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Schmenk Golf.

Your Account

You must be 13 or older to use Schmenk Golf. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. One account per person. Don't impersonate anyone else.

User Content

You own the content you post (rounds, scorecards, tee times, photos, comments). By posting, you give us a license to display it to other users and to store it so the app works. You're responsible for what you post. Don't share anything you don't have the rights to.

Community Standards: Zero Tolerance

No harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, spam, impersonation, sexual content, or illegal content. No objectionable or abusive material. Violations result in content removal and/or account termination. We review reports within 24 hours and act on objectionable content and abusive users.

Block and Report

You can block any user (Settings → Privacy → Manage blocked users). Blocked users can't see your posts or appear in your feeds. You can report content via the 3-dot menu on profiles, comments, and posts.

Accurate Information

Tee times, scores, and handicaps you post should be accurate. We calculate unofficial handicaps using a USGA-simplified formula based on the rounds you log. This is for social/personal use only and is not an official USGA index.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Privacy → Delete my account). We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.

Disclaimers

Schmenk Golf is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, accurate course data, or that features will always work as expected. You use the app at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Schmenk Golf isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months (which, for the free app, is $0).

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
